This form is for curb side collection including tree limbs. For all other solid waste requests call Solid Waste at 806-378-6813. All items need to be placed at the curb with no overhead obstructions, no vehicles parked in front of the items. Do not place any items in the alleys. Due to the high volume of calls your items will be collected within 24-72 hours.
